Racing Leagues
Our Leagues
Think: Tuesday night softball league… for racers. Start in Rookie, build race craft in Intermediate F4, and graduate to the Advanced F3 league & team championship. Every league runs on iRacing with a consistent weekly schedule.
Broadcast
All F4 and F3 races are broadcast live on YouTube — so friends, family, and fans can follow along from anywhere. Watch the action unfold in real time, or rewatch races after the fact.

Officiating
General Philosophy
SRG leagues are built around hard, respectful racing. The goal of officiating is to protect clean racing, encourage improvement, and address behavior that repeatedly harms other members' races.
Review Process
- the incident is egregious
- a driver requests review
- the incident causes significant harm
- a driver shows a repeated pattern of similar conduct
- what happened
- what each driver saw or could reasonably be expected to see
- the point in the sequence where the incident first became avoidable
- whether there were unusual circumstances such as weather, visibility, or rejoining
- the severity of the outcome
- whether this was an isolated mistake or part of a larger pattern
- whether prior coaching or penalties are already in play

Final Notes
Endurance
Multi-driver endurance racing on iRacing. Lap count over lap time — consistency and clean driving wins more races than pure pace.
Team Culture
Have fun and respect your teammates.
- No berating, blaming, or disrespect
- Accidents happen — reckless over-driving is not acceptable
Race Philosophy
Lap count over lap time.
- Consistency and control matter more than raw pace
- Endurance results come from minimizing mistakes
- It is always OK to let faster cars pass
Driving Standards
Race within your limits.
- Dial back ultimate speed to ensure control and low incident counts
- Make high-percentage passes — if in doubt, wait for a better opportunity
- Your team is punished for your incidents
Team Commitment
Reliability and communication are critical.
- Be present and responsive in Discord at registration time
- If you commit, you are expected to show up
- No-shows risk team disqualification and IR penalties
- Communicate early if you need to step back
