Group Rate
We have 10 simulators running iRacing on Moza hardware. The whole room is yours — race each other door to door, run a tournament, or let everyone explore at their own pace.
Payment Options
- Single payment for the group at the end of the event
- Individually per guest by credit card as they leave — your call
- No deposit required — full flexibility on payment method
- Contact us to get on the calendar as soon as possible
3 Ways to Run Your Event
Every group is different. Pick the format that fits your crew — or mix and match. We'll have everything set up and ready when you arrive.
Free Roam
Each person gets their own simulator and can drive whatever car and track combination they want. Switch around, explore, and go at your own pace.
- Best for groups of 10 or fewer
- Access to the full iRacing library
- No set schedule — fully flexible
- Great for mixed experience levels
Group Racing
Pick one car, pick one track. Run a practice session, a qualifying session, and a race — all 10 drivers on the same circuit at the same time.
- Practice → Qualifying → Race format
- Session lengths are fully adjustable
- Damage off recommended — no early eliminations
- Entry-level car/track combos recommended
- Tournament brackets for 10+ people

Motorsports Buffet
Each simulator is set up in a unique car/track combo. Guests rotate freely, spending a few minutes at each station — then chatting, socializing, and jumping to the next.
- Great for groups of 10–25
- More social, less competitive
- Formula cars, ovals, dirt, rallycross & more
- Each station auto-resets every few laps
- Requires advance notice for setup
Tournament Format (10+ People)
Have more than 10 people? Run a heat-race tournament:
- Heat 1 — 10 drivers race, top 5 advance
- Heat 2 — next 10 drivers race, top 5 advance
- Final — all 10 advancing drivers race for the podium
- Session lengths adjusted within each round to fit your schedule
- Larger groups = longer event recommended for full satisfaction
What to Know
Gloves — Required
- Driving gloves are required to operate the simulators
- Bring your own if you own them
- Cotton gloves provided at no charge for those without
- Driving gloves of various qualities available to purchase
- Gloves protect hands from force feedback and keep equipment clean
What to Wear
- Comfortable, soft clothing — pants and shirts
- Soft-soled shoes: driving shoes, boat shoes, or tennis shoes
- Avoid stiff-soled boots or heels for pedal feel
Food & Refreshments
- Small table & 4 chairs inside the sim room for snacks or pizza
- Larger groups: meals are better arranged before or after at a nearby spot
