- No outside food or drink of any kind is permitted into the Sim Room. No exceptions.
- Bottled water will be available for purchase in the lobby and allowed into the Sim Room.
- Gloves are required in Sim Room at all times.
- Gloves protect your hands and our equipment.
- No exceptions will be made.
- You are welcome to bring your own driving gloves.
- If you don’t bring gloves, no problem! Cotton gloves will be provided free of charge before your session beings.
- Professional driving gloves will also be available for purchase in the lobby.
- Racers under age 18 are required to have an adult present with them in the Sim Room at all times.
- Our goal is to provide a clean, professional and quiet environment in the Sim Room, where racing enthusiasts can hone their skills on the track and compete in league races.
- We want everyone to have fun in a professional, respectful way.
- We ask each racer to treat our equipment as if it were their own to help ensure our high-end racing simulators will be at peak performance for everyone.
- Treat others as you want to be treated! We know it’s obvious but want to say it anyway. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for all racers.
- Any racers deemed to be acting aggressively, insulting or bullying anyone could face a ban at the discretion of the owner/manager of Sim Racers Group.
- Sim rental, league fees or any other form of payment will forfeited for the duration of the disciplinary ban.
